With the advance of the pandemic and the decrees sanctioned at both state and municipal levels, quarantine, reflecting on the school calendar, the proposed objective of this scientific work was to identify reflexes caused by Covid-19 in the teaching-learning process. learning. The methodology used was classified as qualitative, and the case study was adopted as an investigative method, allowing researchers to cross-reference the information present in the questions and answers of each respondent, thus performing a sentiment analysis. In the process of analyzing the results obtained, the ATLAS.TI® content analysis software was used as a resource. With this, it was possible to identify that the pandemic caused by Covid-19 brought reflexes that could be characterized as positive and negative for the teaching-learning process. However, it is worth emphasizing the role played by teachers, as informational agents, highlighting their relevance in sharing knowledge.
