Resumo: The article presents a Case Study on the impact of the Israel Lobby on the formulation of US Foreign Policy, debating the new behaviorist revolution. The research investigates the failures of theories limited to explaining changes in interest by structural factors. Thus, it is indicated that analyzing complex phenomena through a single lens, limited to certain elements, restricts and affects the understanding of the behavior of States in contemporary times.
