Education policies for High School: are they knowledge or training?

Resumo: The theme of the articles is educational policies produced to the high school in the last decade, aimed at examining the knowledge of concepts that emerge from such policies through the relation between education and economic development. The methodology used was documentary analysis and the theoretical framework adopted considered known authors, like Licínio Lima, Stephen Ball and Nora Krawczyk. The studies carried out allowed us to understand how the flexibility has made the knowledge was replaced by the minimum learning. They are characterized by skills to shape productive personalities to promote economic competitiveness through the establishment of individualized training courses. The knowledge is associated to the production of a training profile guided on lifelong learning, aimed at employability.   Keywords: High School. Knowledge. Flexibility. Competitiveness.

Competitiveness.El tema del artículo son las políticas educativas producidas para a la escuela secundaria en la última década, objetivando examinar las concepciones de conocimiento que emergen de estas políticas, a través de la relación entre la educación y el desarrollo económico. La metodología utilizada fue el análisis documental y el marco teórico adoptado consideró autores como Licínio Lima, Stephen Ball y Nora Krawczyk. Los estudios permitieron comprender cómo la flexibilidad ha hecho el conocimiento cambiarse en aprendizajes mínimas. Ellos se caracterizan por habilidades capaces de formar personalidades productivas para promover la competitividad económica mediante el establecimiento de cursos de formación individualizados. El conocimiento se asocia con la producción un perfil de formación guiada sobre el aprendizaje permanente, dirigido a la empleabilidad.   Palabras clave: Escuela secundaria. Conocimiento. Competitividad.O tema do artigo são as políticas educacionais produzidas para o Ensino Médio, na última década, objetivando examinar as concepções de conhecimento que emergem de tais políticas por meio da relação entre educação e desenvolvimento econômico. A metodologia utilizada foi a análise documental, e o referencial teórico adotado considerou autores como Licínio Lima, Stephen Ball e Nora Krawczyk. Os estudos realizados permitiram compreender de que forma a flexibilidade fez com que o conhecimento desse lugar a aprendizagens mínimas. Estas são caracterizadas por capacitações para formar personalidades produtivas para fomentar a competitividade econômica através do estabelecimento de percursos formativos individualizados. O conhecimento está associado à produção de um perfil formativo pautado na aprendizagem permanente, objetivando a empregabilidade.   Palavras-chave: Ensino Médio. Conhecimento. Flexibilidade.
