Caminar sobre los dos pies: didáctica, epistemología y práctica de la enseñanza

Resumo: | The double epistemological roots of teaching practice are intended to be enlightened in this article. In order to focus on the epistemology of practice and on the epistemology of the subject knowledge (in this case, history) it is suggested ‘walking on both feet’. However, just adding of both epistemological sources is not the point here. What counts is the finding of the different ways teaching practice is made of subject knowledge, which is in turn ‘practical’ and ‘practised’ itself. Actually, this epistemological duality is to do with academic and practical research modes and understandings, both to be deeply and fruitfully renewed. In addition, according to the entirely practical background of this article, a very brief account of a real practical research on teaching history is offered as a testimony that it is possible, it works and it is worthy for teaching practice improvement. Keywords: Teaching practice. Episthemology of teacher’s practice.Este trabalho pretende aprofundar e esclarecer a natureza das raízes epistemológicas da prática de ensino. A partir da idéia de “caminhar sobre os dois pés”, tenta apoiar-se ao mesmo tempo sobre a epistemologia da prática e sobre a do conhecimento ensinado (história, neste caso). Não se trata, de nenhuma maneira, de adicionar uma e outra epistemologias, mas sim, melhor dizendo, de descobrir como a prática de ensino é um componente do conhecimento ensinado, assim como este conhecimento é ao mesmo tempo “prático” e “praticado. Por fim, esta dualidade epistemológica tem a ver tanto com a investigação acadêmica como com a investigação prática, propondo-lhes desta maneira uma fecunda renovação a ambas. Sendo coerentes com o ponto de vista “prático” que domina este trabalho, se encontrará ao final do mesmo uma pequena resenha de uma investigação prática realmente acontecida no terreno do ensino de história, como prova de sua existência, de sua viabilidade e da forma em que é portadora de caminhos de melhoria para a prática do ensino.
