Resumo: This paper presents a study of non-formal education in Ponta Grossa City – Paraná State. The research aims at describing and analysing three projects of non-formal education. The data were collected through interviews and questionnaires completed by the coordinators and teachers involved in the projects. It was possible to establish that the projects had a flexible curriculum and applied innovative methodologies towards the construction of citizenship. It concludes that the function of non-formal education projects is not to reproduce the same activities as at formal school, but to develop the citizenship of the participants through access to culture, arts, leisure, and information.   Keywords: Non-formal education. Curriculum. Children and adolescents. O artigo apresenta um estudo sobre a Educação Não-Formal na cidade de Ponta Grossa – PR. O objetivo da pesquisa foi descrever e analisar o currículo de três projetos de Educação Não-Formal. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas e questionários aplicados aos responsáveis pelos projetos investigados e aos professores neles envolvidos. Constatou-se que os projetos possuíam uma flexibilização curricular e utilizavam metodologias inovadoras, que visavam a uma nova forma de aprender através de eixos temáticos voltados para a cidadania. Concluiu-se que a função dos projetos de Educação Não-Formal não é reproduzir as mesmas atividades da escola formal, mas auxiliar a construção da cidadania dos participantes através do acesso à cultura, à arte, ao lazer e à informação.   Palavras-chave: Educação não-Formal.
