Formation of teachers for the Education of Young and Adults: an analysis of Curriculum Guidelines

Resumo: This article examines the curricular guidelines for the Education of Young and Adults (EJA) federal, statewide (Paraná) and municipal (Curitiba). Resumes the educational policies of the Governments Collor, FHC and Lula, seeking to identify whether these documents recognize, or indicate the need for specific training to teachers who work in teaching mode. From the epistemological basis of hermeneutics we performed a documentary analysis of the guidelines, guided by content analysis technique proposed by Bardin (2012). Among the authors that substantiate this reflection are: Haddad and Di Pierro (2000); Paiva (2003); Di Pierro (2010); Gadotti (2011); Arroyo (2011); Capucho (2012). The results indicate that the educational policies dealing with the training of teachers to the EJA superficially. In this context, it is necessary to re-evaluate these policies, with the aim of ensuring a quality education for all young, adults and seniors who return to school in search of a right denied.   Keywords: Teacher Formation. Reanuda las políticas educativas de Collor, Cardoso y Lula, para identificar si en estos documentos se reconocen, o indican la necesidad de una formación específica para los docentes que trabajan en esta modalidad. A partir de la fundamentación epistemológica de la hermenéutica hicimos un análisis documental de las Directrices, guiados por la técnica de análisis de contenido propuesto por Bardin (2012). Entre los autores que basaran ese trabajo de están: Haddad y Di Pierro (2000), Paiva (2003), Di Pierro (2010), Gadotti (2011), Arroyo (2011), Capucho (2012). Los resultados indican que las políticas educativas frente a la formación de profesores para la EJA o hacen de modo superficial. En este contexto, es necesario volver a evaluar estas políticas, con el objetivo de proporcionar una educación de calidad para todos los jóvenes, los adultos y las personas mayores que regresan a la escuela en busca de un derecho negado.   Palabras clave: Formación de los profesores. Este artigo analisa as diretrizes curriculares para a Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) em nível federal, estadual (Paraná) e municipal (Curitiba). Retoma as políticas educacionais dos governos Collor, FHC e Lula, buscando identificar se esses documentos reconhecem ou indicam a necessidade de formação específica aos docentes que atuam nessa modalidade de ensino. A partir da fundamentação epistemológica da hermenêutica, realizamos uma análise documental das Diretrizes, orientada pela técnica de análise de conteúdo proposta por Bardin (2012). Entre os autores que fundamentaram essa reflexão, estão: Haddad e Di Pierro (2000), Paiva (2003), Di Pierro (2010), Gadotti (2011), Arroyo (2011), Capucho (2012). Os resultados apontam que as políticas educacionais tratam a formação de professores para a EJA de forma superficial. Nesse contexto, é necessário reavaliar essas políticas, com a finalidade de assegurar uma educação de qualidade para todos os jovens, adultos e idosos que retornam à escola em busca de um direito negado.   Palavras-chave: Formação de professores.
