TEACHER FORMATION IN CAPITAL SOCIETY: a critical analysis of national curriculum guidelines for undergraduate courses in physical education

Resumo: The present paper deals with the analysis of the Curricular National Guidelines for theformation of Physical Education teachers, ratified by the resolution 07/04. We reflect, atthis study, about four preponderant points of the related resolution. They are: the theoryof competences as guiding axis of the formation process; the science conception; thehuman movement as the object of study of the area in vogue; the fragmentation of theformation between baccalaureate and licensement. In what concerns to these points,we expose a radical critic to the character of precarization presented at the model ofteachers’ formation ratified by the resolution above, exposing the historical necessityof its overcoming.
