Training of researchers on Integrity in Research: spaces and subsidies related to ethical care in educational research

Resumo: | In this article, ethics and integrity in research in the researcher-professor training process are discussed. Ethical weaknesses present in the various stages of the research are identified and the training of the researcher in Education for ethical conduct and research integrity in undergraduate and graduate courses are questioned. It was a qualitative, exploratory and review study developed from articles available at the journal database of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) and the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), published between 2012 and 2022. The results indicate that in undergraduate and graduate courses in Education, ethical fragilities in research can be approached in several spaces. The undergraduate curriculum components and research initiation and extension activities are discussion spaces for ethical conduct and integrity in research. In graduate studies in Education, curricular components, research groups and guidance activities are spaces for promoting integrity and ethics in research. Keywords: Ethics in research. Se identifican las fragilidades éticas presentes en las diversas etapas de la investigación y se cuestiona la formación del investigador en Educación para la conducta ética y la integridad en la investigación de Grado y Postgrado. Se trata de un estudio cualitativo, exploratorio y de revisión desarrollado a partir de artículos disponibles en el banco de publicaciones periódicas de la Coordinación de la Perfeccionamiento del Personal de Nivel Superior (Capes) y de la Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) publicados entre los años 2012 y 2022. Los resultados indican que, en la Educación de Grado y Postgrado, las fragilidades éticas en la investigación pueden ser abordadas en diversos espacios. Los componentes curriculares del Grado, y las actividades de iniciación a la investigación y extensión son espacios de discusión para la conducta ética y la integridad en la investigación. En la formación de Posgrado, los componentes curriculares, los grupos de investigación y las actividades de orientación son espacios para la promoción de la integridad y de la ética en la investigación. Formación del profesor-investigador.Neste artigo, discutem-se ética e integridade na pesquisa no processo de formação do professor-pesquisador. Identificam-se fragilidades éticas presentes nas diversas etapas da pesquisa e questiona-se a formação do pesquisador em Educação para a conduta ética e a integridade da pesquisa na Graduação e na Pós-Graduação. Foi um estudo qualitativo, exploratório e de revisão desenvolvido a partir de artigos disponíveis no banco de periódicos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (Capes) e da Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), publicados entre os anos de 2012 e 2022. Os resultados apontam que, na Graduação e na Pós-Graduação em Educação, as fragilidades éticas em pesquisa podem ser abordadas em diversos espaços. Os componentes curriculares da Graduação e as atividades de iniciação à pesquisa e extensão são espaços de discussão para a conduta ética e a integridade na pesquisa. Na Pós-Graduação em Educação, os componentes curriculares, os grupos de pesquisa e as atividades de orientação são espaços de promoção da integridade e da ética na pesquisa.
