Resumo: The text that is presented is the result of analyses that reverberate and deepen the studies on Paul Natorp’s ideas in Social Pedagogy as a philosophical conception based on Plato and Pestalozzi. It is a qualitative bibliographic research. In a timely manner, it explores Paulo Freire’s ideas, promotes the appropriation of social education practices in integration with Natorp’s perspective on education that is constructed and effective in the contexts of education that is developed in the community. Hence, education belongs to the subjects who coexist and change themselves towards a fairer society, with alterity and social equity. Keywords: Natorp. Social Pedagogy. Community education.

Community education.El texto que se presenta es el resultado de análisis que reverberan y profundizan los estudios sobre las ideas de Paul Natorp en la Pedagogía Social como concepción filosófica basada en Platón y Pestalozzi. Es una investigación bibliográfica cualitativa. De modo oportuno, explora las ideas de Paulo Freire, promueve la apropiación de las prácticas de la educación social en integración con la perspectiva de Natorp sobre la educación que se construye y se hace efectiva en los contextos de la educación que se desarrolla en la comunidad. De ahí que la educación pertenece a los sujetos que conviven y se alteran hacia una sociedad más justa, con alteridad y equidad social. Palabras clave: Natorp. Pedagogía Social. Educación comunitaria.  O texto que se apresenta é fruto de análises que reverberam e aprofundam os estudos sobre as ideias de Paul Natorp na Pedagogia Social como concepção filosófica baseada em Platão e Pestalozzi. É uma pesquisa bibliográfica de cunho qualitativo. De modo oportuno, expende as ideias de Paulo Freire, promove a apropriação das práticas da educação social em integração com a perspectiva de Natorp sobre a educação que se constroi e se efetiva nos contextos da educação que se desenvolve na comunidade. Daí que a educação pertence aos sujeitos que convivem e se alteram para uma sociedade mais justa, com alteridade e equidade social.   Palavras-chave: Natorp. Pedagogia Social.
