ANPEd and intellectual production: a mapping of scientific production concerning indigenous school education

Resumo: | This article presents the results of an investigation conducted into intellectual production concerning indigenous school education at national events of the National Association for Postgraduation and Research in Education (ANPEd) in all its working groups in the period from 2007 to 2017, with a specific focus on an analysis of questions considered, methodological processes adopted and the institutions that developed these studies. Our premise was that school education is one of the principal concerns connected to the struggle of indigenous peoples to guarantee their rights, which were achieved with much difficulty in 1988 in the Federal Constitution. An examination of the material collected reveals that research into indigenous school education is still in its early stages, representing in the period from 2007 to 2017 merely 1% of the material relating to the debate around this thematic area. |

Partimos de la concepción de que la educación escolar es una de las principales preocupaciones vinculadas a la lucha de los pueblos indígenas por garantizar sus derechos, los cuales fueron alcanzados con mucha lucha a partir de 1988 con la Constitución Federal. Al observar los materiales recopilados, parece que la investigación sobre la educación escolar indígena aún es incipiente, con solo el 1% de los materiales centrados en debatir el tema en cuestión entre 2007 y 2017.O presente artigo apresenta a investigação realizada sobre as produções intelectuais relacionadas à educação escolar indígena nos eventos nacionais da Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Educação (ANPEd), abrangendo todos os seus grupos de trabalho, no período de 2007 a 2017. O foco específico da pesquisa está na análise das temáticas abordadas, dos processos metodológicos adotados e das instituições que desenvolveram esses trabalhos. Parte-se da concepção de que a educação escolar é uma das principais preocupações na trajetória dos indígenas para garantir seus direitos, os quais foram conquistados com muita luta a partir de 1988, com a Constituição Federal.
