Entrepreneurship of the self and the National Common Curriculum Base (BCNN): reflections from the field of Education

Resumo: This article aims to understand how the neoliberal discourse can produce entrepreneurial subjects through educational practices, their effects and possible risks. To analyze this issue, we have used the following conceptual tools: risk, security devices, biopolitics and governmentality, in order to highlight possibilities, according to the studies of Michel Foucault and collaborators. By taking the National Common Curricular Base as analytical material, we have tried to understand how the social transformations of the last decades have constituted entrepreneurial subjects, to the point of constituting curricula based on a rationality. This has led us to think about how we are being governed today, which is an important condition for us to understand what has been happening in the world and, particularly, in the field of Education, according to the neoliberal logic.

Para analizar esta cuestión, se utilizaron las herramientas conceptuales: riesgo, dispositivo de seguridad, biopolítica y gubernamentalidad, con el fin de poner en evidencia posibilidades según los estudios de Michael Foucault y colaboradores. Tomando como material de análisis la Base Nacional Común Curricular, buscamos entender cómo las transformaciones sociales de las últimas décadas han constituido sujetos emprendedores, al punto de constituir planes de estudios basados en una racionalidad. Esto nos hace pensar en cómo estamos siendo gobernados hoy, condición importante para que comprendamos lo que viene ocurriendo en el mundo y, en particular, en el campo de la Educación, según la lógica neoliberal.O objetivo deste artigo é buscar entender como o discurso neoliberal pode produzir sujeitos empreendedores mediante práticas educativas, seus efeitos e possíveis riscos. Para analisar essa questão, foram usadas as ferramentas conceituais: risco, dispositivos de segurança, biopolítica e governamentalidade, a fim de colocar possibilidades em evidência, segundo os estudos de Michel Foucault e colaboradores. Tomando-se como material analítico a Base Nacional Comum Curricular, procurou-se entender como as transformações sociais das últimas décadas têm constituído sujeitos empreendedores, a ponto de constituir currículos a partir de uma racionalidade.
