A emergência do Pós-Humano terá enorme impacto social, e, por isso, se trata de pensar como o Direito reagirá a estas transformações, e como se poderá promover a proteção da dignidade da pessoa humana, diante da emergência do Sujeito Pós-Humano de Direito, algo que afeta inclusive um dos capítulos mais estruturantes da Teoria do Direito.Palavras-chave:Era digital; Pós-humano; Sujeito pós-humano de direito.AbstractThis article discusses the legal status to be attributed to the cyber-body.
