É abordagem eminentemente téorica. No âmbito de suas categorias fundamentais, o texto perscruta a violência simbólica presente no embate por dizer o direito e, ao mesmo tempo, busca desvendar a maneira pela qual perpetuam estratégias de poder e dominação, associada às apropriações dos diversos capitais (cultural, econômico, social e simbólico).Palavras-chave: Sociologia do campo jurídico; Violência simbólica; Direito; Pierre Bourdieu; Yves Dezalay.AbstractThe article aims to analyze the relationship between the Law and social inequalities from the perspective of Sociology of the Legal Field of Pierre Bourdieu and Yves Dezalay. Based on its fundamental categories, the text scrutinizes the symbolic violence present in the struggle by saying the right and, at the same time, seeks to discover the way in which perpetuate power and domination strategies associated with the appropriation of the various capital (cultural, economic, social and symbolic).Keywords: Sociology of the legal field; Symbolic violence; Law; Pierre Bourdieu; Yves Dezalay.
