Um olhar sobre as relações de poder da escola na favela pacificada : jovens estudantes e resistências

Resumo: This research was produced in a public school, located in a Rio de Janeiro favela. Its focus is on the resistance of young students and their micro power relations inside schools. The researcher and teacher's look on this matter shows. The implication analysis and institutional, in order to sustain a critical point of view regarding established speeches and practices by the faculty and the student body. The analysis reflect the political, social and cultural dimensions of the schools surroundings, intersected by power lines in between the UPP's pacification process. The analysis also consider school people submitted to control mechanisms established by the society of security and control, before police pressure. It is an interest to the research to clarify production of threat, fear, violence and their effects on ongoing plots. Besides power lines, escapes and resistance breaches in midst of the disciplinary racionality and subjectivity production. Through this perspective, there are nuances and particularities highlighted by the educational culture created by the young students who live in the favelas. This group presents besides the collective, its original products, as rap, funk and the "dança do passinho", that cross the borders between the asphalt and the morro. Michel Foucault's theories of power relations and Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari's theory of power lines and subjectivity production support the research mapping. Academic studies from Augusto, Batista, Branco, Cabral, Cano, Larrosa, Lourau, Passetti, Rodrigues e Scheinvar and others constitute a fundamental connection to this thesis development

O olhar da professora-pesquisadora aponta as análises de implicação e institucional, a fim de abarcar uma visão crítica sobre os discursos e práticas instituídos, tanto pelo corpo discente, quanto pelo corpo docente. As análises são comprometidas com a dimensão política, social, e cultural de um cotidiano sem fronteiras, atravessado por linhas de força dos poderes em meio ao processo de pacificação das UPPs. As análises versam sobre os sujeitos escolares atravessados pelos mecanismos de controles instituídos pela sociedade de segurança e de controle, diante da pressão e da tensão dos enquadramentos ininterruptos da polícia. Interessa a produção do risco, do medo, da violência urbana, e os efeitos nas tramas das relações de poder em curso, além, das linhas de fuga, escapes e brechas de resistências em meio à racionalidade disciplinar, e à produção de subjetividades. Nessa perspectiva, são destacadas nuances e particularidades da cultura escolar produzida pelos jovens estudantes moradores da favela, que apresentam além do coletivo, os seus produtos originais, como o rap, o funk, a dança do passinho, que atravessam as fronteiras entre o morro e o asfalto na cidade. Os embasamentos teóricos de Michel Foucault sobre as relações de poder, de Gilles Deleuze e Felix Guattari sobre as linhas de força e produção de subjetividade, apoiam o movimento cartográfico da pesquisa.
