Resumo: The present work starts from the analysis of the existing literature on the right to education as a fundamental right to make an exhibition about the possibilities that the use of behavioral economics institutes can bring to the promotion of education. From a constitutional-administrative perspective, the need for a transdisciplinary approach will be explained, demonstrating how the law can interrelate with economics and psychology in order to contribute both to the study of the right to education and to its effectiveness. This will happen through data collection at the Brazilian level as well as by exemplifying actions at the international level.
