Methodology: This is a qualitative study, with a participatory approach developed in a virtual process, of the Municipal Program for Hypertension and Diabetes-Hiperdia, of the Centro de Saúde Extensão do Bosque, located in the municipality of Rio das Ostras, RJ, in the period from October 2021 to January 2022. We included 15 participants with diagnoses of systemic arterial hypertension and/or diabetes mellitus, linked to the remote monitoring program of instant messages and calls to smartphones (which are virtually excluded and were removed from people from other population groups, without the possibility to participate in the activities of the real group) serious comorbidities that are difficult to follow up. This project was approved by UERJ and has the project on Plataforma Brasil with 39 nº32824399.1.2828204/2021. A data collection form collected through an online form was composed of a semi-structured online form, being chosen through an interview carried out by telephone contacts. The method of organization and categorization was by means of Bardin and the treatment of the data by the software Interface de R pour les Analysis Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires (IRAMUTEQ). Remote repercussions in times of the Covid-19 pandemic; Self-care behaviors during the pandemic and Safety in the process of self-care and control of the coronavirus. Conclusion: World of difficulties imposed by the health framework as educational health and self-care actions well received by the participants who were able to know acquired, demonstrating that their needs were sensibly met. The remote guarantee guaranteed, making the service preserve health, with autonomy, autonomy and life. Submitted by Pedro CB/B (pedrocmaf@gmail.com) on 2023-01-19T17:42:00Z No. of bitstreams: 1 Dissertacao - Jessica Rodrigues Lopes - 2022 - Completa.pdf: 3399263 bytes, checksum: 7c8dcf49d1ac21acb09f5f641c9b18af (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2023-01-19T17:42:00Z (GMT).
