This dissertation is an analysis of speech and learning therapeutic practices in the workshops Anima Animação. Such workshops use the production of animation movies as a way to stimulate the language and the cognition of adolescents and youths from Rio de Janeiro's slums previously identified with learning disabilities. The analyses were developed with material present in the Google Drive of Ação 3 (the team responsible for the workshops), whose members elaborated and constantly updated it between 2014 and 2016. The references for the analyses were the Institutional Analysis, specifically the Implication Analysis , Cartography and Inventive Learning. Such references made analyses and discussions possible from the processes lived in the workshops, since they help in the questioning of instituted practices, in the implications of all of its participants and in the contemplation of cognition and language not from the problem-solving perspective, but from a problem inventing perspective with the production of animated films as a common plan of action and interaction between subjects. And in this way, they also allowed new understandings of the speech and learning therapeutic practices regarding the evaluation and intervention/stimulation of language and cognition. Speech and learning therapeutic practices can thus be revolutionary by stripping itself of its normative character of language and cognition and moving towards the embracing of subjective productions in the encounter of therapists and other subjects. It promotes new perspectives around the citizenship of the attending adolescents and youths.
