Resumo: The work in question - Delegado Tobias - consists of a series of e-books published between September and October 2014, in five parts. A sort of "post-modern Feuilleton" as described by author Ricardo Lísias, the series won the news when the writer was summoned to appear at the Federal Police headquarters in São Paulo to clarify a complaint of falsification and use of public document in his work. Articulating with the discussions about autofiction and still considering the intermiditic constitution of the work of Ricardo Lísias as a process of aesthetic-political creation, this dissertation seeks to discuss the transgressions of the boundaries between the categories of fiction, the real and the imaginary and the modes as the reader welcomes the effects of meaning produced, in the end, how he conceives and recreates this inter-media literary universe
