This work seeks to investigate, from a philosophical and psychological perspective, the ethical-aesthetic dimension present in the works of authors Friedrich Nietzsche and Carl Gustav Jung and expressed in their creative works, notably in Thus Spoke Zarathustra and Red Book. For this, the bibliographic review method was used, primarily covering the study of the authors' works, their aforementioned aesthetic productions and the commentators specialized in each author. The aim is to understand to what extent the aesthetic field presents itself as a configuring element of life, when experienced ethically, embodying the creation of oneself. In this way, a close link was found between the conceptions of ethics and aesthetics in each of the authors, substantiating the decision to create and privileging the choice to elaborate an aesthetic production, whether in the literary arts or in the plastic arts, as a work fundamental to what they experienced in their experiments with existential value. Therefore, the aesthetic process of creating plays a central role in the dynamic ethical path of becoming who one is.
