Formação docente em práticas e pesquisas: currículos e processos migratórios

Resumo: This qualification text presents the first steps towards the creation of a thesis whose main objective is to understand how mobility processes appear in curricula and how these processes help us to think about the formation of new teachers. We start from one of the central ideas of curricular processes, such as we think of them in the research group in which I develop this project, which is the understanding that this formation takes place in the multiple and complex educational networks that we all form and in which we form. We developed the understanding that this formation, as well as the curricular processes, creates ways of 'learningteach', through the use of cultural artifacts that are transformed into curricular artifacts, in several pedagogical actions in schools. As the research developed in the group that I make part is linked to the current that we call 'nosdoscom' the everyday research, we seek to work with the ‘practicaltheories’ that are created and developed there. We work with central ideas in this current: conversations as the main focus of research development; the elements that emerge in the research processes as our ‘conceptual characters’, as proposed by Deleuze and Guattari; the diverse movements necessary for research; the multiple and complex educational networks. For this study, authors, and authors who develop their research in this chain, among which: Alves, Oliveira, Andrade, and Caldas, among others that have Certeau as the initial proponent of this research. In our group we understand that the images, sounds, and narratives produced in the conversations are “Conceptual characters”, with that they are brought to this work, in which we use films, books, videos, podcasts as an element that articulates the conversations and stimulates the creation of ‘Knowledge-meanings’.

Partimos de una de las ideas centrales de los procesos curriculares, como las que pensamos en el grupo de investigación en el que desarrolló este proyecto, que es el entendimiento de que esta formación se da en las múltiples y complejas redes educativas que todos formamos y formamos en el que nos formamos. Desarrollamos el entendimiento de que esta formación, así como los procesos curriculares, crea formas de 'aprender a enseñar', a través del uso de artefactos culturales que se transforman en artefactos curriculares, en las diversas acciones pedagógicas en las escuelas. Como la investigación que se realiza en el grupo del que formo parte está ligada a la corriente que llamamos investigación 'nuestra del día', buscamos trabajar con las 'teorías prácticas' que allí se crean y desarrollan. Trabajamos con ideas centrales en esta corriente: las conversaciones como locus principal para el desarrollo de la investigación; los elementos que surgen en los procesos de investigación como nuestros 'personajes conceptuales', como proponen Deleuze y Guattari; los diversos movimientos necesarios para la investigación; las múltiples y complejas redes educativas. Para este estudio se traen autores y autores que desarrollan su investigación en esta corriente, entre ellos: Alves, Oliveira, Andrade y Caldas, entre otros que tienen a Certeau como impulsor inicial de estas investigaciones. En nuestro grupo entendemos que las imágenes, sonidos y narrativas que se producen en las conversaciones son "personajes conceptuales", por lo que se traen a este trabajo, en el que utilizamos películas, videos, libros y podcasts como elementos articuladores de las conversaciones y estimulantes. creación de "significados del conocimiento".O presente texto objetiva principalmente compreender como os processos de mobilidade humana aparecem nos currículos e como esses processos nos ajudam a pensar a formação docente. Como as pesquisas desenvolvidas no GrPesq “Currículos cotidianos, redes educativas, imagens e sons”, que integro, estão ligadas à corrente que chamamos de pesquisas com os cotidianos, buscamos trabalhar com as ‘práticasteorias’ que são nelas criadas e desenvolvidas. Trabalhamos com ideias centrais nesta corrente: as conversas como lócus principal de desenvolvimento das pesquisas; os diversos movimentos necessários às pesquisas; as múltiplas e complexas redes educativas. Para este estudo, são trazidos autoras e autores que desenvolvem suas pesquisas nesta corrente, entre as quais: Alves, Oliveira, Andrade e Caldas, entre outros, e que elegeram Certeau como proponente inicial de suas pesquisas.
