This study has the aim the object the social representations of spirituality and the religiosity for people living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus in the context of primary care based on a general objective to analyze the social representations of spirituality and the religiosity on people that living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus from different religious group. It is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study, oriented by the theory of social representations in its procedural and structural approach, this development occurred in two phases. The first included 104 people that living with HIV in outpatient care in two basic health units in Baixada Fluminense of Rio de Janeiro State, with whom were collected free evocations with the inductor term spirituality and religiosity. The second phase included 39 users that the same profile. Participant characterization questionnaires were also applied after an analysis of the main variables. For the data analysis, it was used a prototypical with a software EVOC help, and the similarity by co-occurrence for free evocations. The interviews were performed lexical analysis through software IRAMUTEQ. The structure of representation of spirituality presented cognemas God, faith and Love of candidates a central core, at the same time for analyze of religiosity the terms faith and God. Both the objects characterized by the relation of the Divine with the human, this interpretation is reinforced when analyzes of similitude explicitly that lexical God and faith have presented the greatest number of connections. In the procedural analysis, 6 classes were divided into two axes, namely axis 1: Spirituality and Religiosity in the context of HIV, which is subdivided into Class 5: Dealing with a strong prejudice from a certain hope: Live with HIV / AIDS in the religious environment, Class 2: The faith and hope: the encounter of the divine with the human through religion and religiousness and Class 3: spirituality in everyday life: relationship with the divine and influence in living with the HIV/Aids. Axis 2, called The diagnosis of HIV / AIDS, social and individual aspects in the process to living together with the syndrome, Class 6 Class 6 begins: The process of adhesion to TARV and the chronicity of the syndrome: process of naturalization and daily challenges, Class 1: The path between diagnosis and acceptance of the syndrome: spirituality, religiosity, social support network and challenges and achievements, and Class 4: The support social network and the interpersonal relationship in the family and in the religious community. It is emphasized that this is a same representation that focuses on the relational dynamics between the Divine and the Human mediated by faith and permeated by affection. Nursing care considering the exposed of complexity should include its transpersonal and interpersonal dimension from the theoretical propositions of Jean Watson and Hildegard Peplau. It is concluded that spirituality and religiosity are considered as important factors for the better coexistence with HIV, get along with the syndrome and to allow a personal resignification.
