Resumo: | A well-known Freudian assertion indicates that psychoanalysis and ruling are impossible professions because they lead to results that, to some extent, will be unsatisfactory. Therefore, this paper, through a theoretical research, has the goal of outlining the records of politics in Freud´s and Lacan´s works. Politics is understood as a practice through which power is exercised and aims the organization of society. It is about doing with the social from the establishment of universal criteria, but that has implications on private life. Psychoanalysis is also a practice, but it operates on the peculiar element discovered by Freud: the unconscious. In the first chapter, through Freudian texts, we approach the methodological perspective, the group life and the malaise in civilization. Our elaborations indicate that the record of politics in Freud emerges from the driving factor and, before it, the author defines ethics as a therapeutic attempt to solve conflicts. Thus, the axis of the second chapter was the ethics of psychoanalysis as opposed to Aristotelian ethics. The ethics of psychoanalysis respond to desire, taken into account whenever the psychoanalyst stands before the world in which he/she lives. In ours, the practices that place the operability of the self as an imperative endorsed by science multiply, for this reason, the demand for happiness stands out as a political factor with which psychoanalysis is faced by. In light of this, the axis of the third chapter was the way the discourses of the master, the university student, the hysteric and the psychoanalyst operate. We question the conscious man and the preponderance of knowledge in its relation with the truth. Here are the main conclusions of this thesis: (1) the driving factor is the main record of politics in Freud's work; (2) in Lacan, this factor stands out in its articulation on the ethics of desire, for the accountability before oneself, the other and the demand for happiness; (3) also in Lacan, politics stands out in the discursive practices that situate the relation between knowledge and truth whose effects in the polis are evidenced by the malaise; (4) the psychoanalyst has a social function and his/her doing with the unconscious is marked by the incidences of politics because the unconscious is the politics |

Made available in DSpace on 2021-01-07T17:45:58Z (GMT).
