This study aims to analyze the relationship between the government and TV Globo during its early years and especially in its founding until the constitution as the largest TV station in Brazil (read 1962-1972). The analysis of this relationship based on this study focused on the Telecommunications Legislation National interconnecting with the dynamics of the inauguration own TV Globo. This intrinsic relationship between TV Globo and government, especially the period of the Military Government is the main focus of this study. Considering that the opening date of the Globo TV took place in 1965, in which the military were already in government. There was a need by the military government in the dissemination of a standard model of modern society and by the Globo media for his inauguration, making this "association" beneficial to both parties. At first study was done to characterize the period according to political events, based on the studies Dreifuss, over the given period. Since then, as a second step we analyze the current legislation in the period on Telecommunications with a special focus on the TV and especially that direcionavam TV Globo. Therefore, we established the story's own TV Globo and Rede Globo as its consolidation. Finally the analysis of the relations themselves.
