This research is a decolonial option on the LGBTI+ Pride Parades. Thus, I try to promote another interpretation of the events, this time based on an Afro-Brazilian approach. Over the years, the meaning produced by the media, concerning the mobilizations, did not contemplate this perspective and centered the actions as a depoliticized and consumption based party. In confrontation to this domain of knowledge, I propose the epistemic disobedience as a way to decentralize the Eurocentric knowledges in order to dialogue with the pluriversal knowledges, adopted as a central reference, in my view qualified to interpret the historical entanglements of the colonized peoples. By understanding the African diaspora as an experience of death and shattering, the research reconstitutes this notion for the idea of the reinvention of life through the enchanted bodies that came down here, practiced and practice the cruzo, whether on the street corners, in the streets, at the crossroads, thus crossing the colonial reason, thus enabling the expansion of the decolonial debate in the field of Communication. The exploration seeks, in the formulations of Aníbal Quijano, Walter Mignolo, Ramón Grosfoguel and Luiz Antonio Simas, the conceptions to face the plot of coloniality about the historical process of colonization and its interferences in the colonized world, especially in the area of knowledge. As a result of this proposition, which assumes disobedience as an interpretation of street mobilizations, the Parades are fundamentally inherited from Afro-Brazilian traditions by strategically promoting the mobilizations as Gurufim, acting as a dribble on death and epistemic resistance.
