This paper work tells in a succinct and objective way the history of the Isoperimetrical Problem, one of that most influenced the development of Mathematics at all times, which origin dates back to the ancient Greeks. It was directly responsible for, for example, the development of the Greeks Geometry, the Calculation of Variations and the Euler-Lagrange Multipliers and the theory of the calculation of Several Variations of Weierstrass. The histoty of the Isoperimetrical Problem is told from the legend of princess Dido, going through studies of ancient Greeks Geometers, 3rd century BC to 4th century AD, and getting to the great contributions of 18th to 20th century mathematicians at the complete solution of the problem, strictly like mathematics requires. There are many solutions known of the Isoperimetrical Problem. Here, we present a geometrical solution of the problem, in which the proof is based on Euclidean Geometry, which makes the work accessible to high school students.
