A lógica da guerra: as metáforas conceptuais em disputa na construção da narrativa do Movimento Escola sem Partido

In this study, the objective is to analyze how the conceptualization of education is made by the Movimento Escola Sem Partido (EsP), according to Cognitive Linguistics, based, above all, on the Conceptual Metaphor Theory and on the idealized cognitive models (ICM s) (LAKOFF; JOHNSON, 2002[1980]), image schemas and categorization. Besides that, basic assumptions from Cognitive Linguistics, as perspectivization, experiencillization and embodiment, are fundamental, since the body is understood from a relation of implication (MATURANA; VARELA, 2015) to the context where it is at. In that logic, it is taken in consideration the concept of institution (LOURAU, 1993) and micropowers (FOUCAULT, 2017), understanding the dynamics of educaiton, wich helped in the understanding of the conceptual metaphors, to be given, according to said body s conceptual system in a specific context provided with power effects. It is believed that due to the polarization given also by the global and local contexts (KÖVECSES, 2010b) , mainly ideological, the EsP experience the domain EDUCATION in terms of WAR. That more generic metaphor is sustained by others that anounce a simulacrum (MAINGUENEAU, 2008) of what EsP believes to be education and all of the agents that involve in it, so there is: EDUCATION IS PRISION; EDUCATION IS MARKET; EDUCATION IS POLITICAL PARTY; EDUCATION IS FACTORY; HUMAN BEING IS CONTEINER. The arise of these metaphors, through the course of the analysis, puts two of EsP s cornerstones at stake: neutrality and non-partisanism
