Resumo: | The population and economic growth are the agents of greatestexploitation of natural resources. Associated with this is the increaseexponential growth in solid waste generation, which is also influenced by the scheduledobsolescence. Regarding the final destination, the use of the landfill is considered to be environmentallycorrect. However, presents its environmental liabilities, the generation of leachate, liquid from rainwaterpercolation and residue moisture. This presentes polluting potential due to its variable constitution. Therefore, the reuse of landfill leachate in forestexploitation of water resources, strengthen the activity and contribute to the with currentlegislation. The present study evaluated the agrienvironmental aspects of the application of landfill leachate in irrigation production of Senna macranthera seedlings, as well as, the characterization physicochemical and ecotoxicological, with different test organisms, of leachate landfill.The physicochemical effects of the application of on substrates for seedling production via leaching. From this, ecotoxicological analyzes was carried out to define the potential of environmental impact of the effluent generated in the columns. It was evaluated also the effect of landfill leachate doses on the characteristics of morphologicalchanges of Senna macranthera. The deleterious effect of landfill leachate in a study on the germination of seed of the species in different substrates with high discrepancy in the ecotoxicological characterization of landfill leachate. For the Petri dish, inhibition of germination was observed in 50% of the seeds, as well as drastic reduction of root length with the use of of a 6.25% leachate dose. However, in the culture substrate assay this occurred in the 50% treatment. Within the characterization of the toxicity of landfill leachate, on Brachydanio rerio, it is noted that the lethal concentration capable of causing 50% mortality was identified in 2.24% of leachate. In the evaluation of the direct toxicity on the culture medium, important differences was identified for the median concentration capable of leakage in test organisms depending on the type of substrate. It is stated that doses higher than 90%, 12.5% and 3.125%, used in the substrates, commercial, conventional and organic respectively, was responsible for make the environment toxic. In the leachingcolumn tests, the application of landfill leachate promotedphysico-chemical substrates, but these were not significant in order to make them unsuitable for cultivation of plant species. Note changes in leachate generated after the columns, however, it was shown to be less toxic to organisms than the leachate in natura with its dilutions. It was not observed the significant effect of the doses studied on the characteristicsmorphological of the species. The view point agronomic and environmental, one can suggest the use of landfill leachate at a dose of 12.5%, in the irrigation of seedlings of Senna macranthera, serving this activity as a reuse for the pollutant |

Associado a isso, consta o aumento exponencial na geração de resíduos sólidos que é influenciado também pela obsolescência programada. Quanto à destinação final o uso do aterro sanitário é considerado a forma ambientalmente correta. Contudo, mesmo esse, apresenta seu passivo ambiental, a geração de lixiviado, líquido proveniente da percolação da água da chuva e da umidade dos resíduos. Esse apresenta elevado potencial poluidor devido a sua constituição variável. Sendo assim, a reutilização do lixiviado de aterro na atividade florestal, pode contribuir na redução da exploração dos recursos hídricos, fortalecer a atividade e contribuir com as legislações vigentes. O presente trabalho objetivou avaliar do efeito agroambiental da aplicação de lixiviado de aterro sanitário na irrigação da produção de mudas de Senna macranthera. Realizou-se a caracterização físicoquímica e ecotoxicológica, com diferentes organismos teste, do lixiviado de aterro sanitário. Avaliou-se os efeitos físicoquímicos da aplicação do poluente sobre substratos para produção de mudas via ensaio em colunas de lixiviação. A partir desse realizou-se análises ecotoxicológicas para definir o potencial de impacto ambiental do efluente gerado nas colunas. Avaliou-se também o efeito de doses de lixiviado de aterro sobre as características morfológicas de mudas de Senna macranthera. Observou-se efeito deletério do lixiviado de aterro em estudo sobre a germinação de sementes da espécie em diferentes substratos com elevada discrepância nos ensaios ecotoxicológicos realizados na caracterização do lixiviado de aterro sanitário. Para o ensaio em placa de Petri, foi observada uma inibição da germinação em 50% das sementes, bem como redução drástica do comprimento da raiz com a utilização de uma dose de 6,25% de lixiviado. Todavia no ensaio em substrato de cultivo isso ocorreu no tratamento 50%. No âmbito da caracterização da toxicidade do lixiviado de aterro sanitário, sobre Brachydanio rerio, nota-se que a concentração letal capaz de causar 50% de mortalidade foi identificada em 2,24% de lixiviado. Na avaliação da toxicidade direta sobre o meio de cultivo, identificou-se diferenças importantes para a concentração mediana capaz de causar fuga nos organismos teste em função do tipo de substrato. Afirma-se que doses superiores a 90%, 12,5% e 3,125%, utilizadas nos substratos, comercial, convencional e orgânico respectivamente, foram responsáveis por tornar o meio tóxico. Nos ensaios em coluna de lixiviação, a aplicação do lixiviado de aterro sanitário promoveu alterações físico-químicas nos substratos, contudo essas não foram significativas para torná-los um meio impróprio para cultivo de espécies vegetais. Notam-se, alterações no lixiviado gerado após as colunas, todavia, o mesmo mostrou-se menos tóxico aos organismos teste do que o lixiviado in natura com suas diluições. Não foi observado efeito significativo das doses estudadas sobre as características morfológicas da espécie.
