Resumo: The family presents itself as an important development context in which the parental relationship plays a fundamental role for the well-being and the mental health of the teenage sons and daughters (PONCIANO, 2016). However, often, parents often voice the challenge of promoting the healthy development of their sons and doughters. The Social Assistance Referral Centers (CRAS) have proved to be significant spaces for strengthening the links. Well-being is an important component (Snyder & Lopes, 2009), which is added, to favor the way parents see and perceive themselves and their teenage sons and doughters. In this sense, it is understood that by investing in parental well-being, one can promote the strengthening of the parents-teenages relationship, from the stimulation of spontaneity, as a promoter of new ways of dealing with everyday issues (Moreno, 2014). The Bioecological Model (Bronfenbrenner & Morris, 1988) aims at the study of the interrelationship that involves the person, the process, the context and the time, for the construction and analysis of the Program of Strengthening of Links between Parents and Teenages, in which Skills (Castellanos, 2005) are presented as a strategy for the strengthening and development of competences that contribute to the exercise of parenting. Socio-historical Psychology (Bock, Gonçalves, & Furtado, 2015) presents itself as a monitor of the quality of research contextualized and applied to the reality of the territory where this study was carried out. The present research has as general objective: to build together a space in which through group interaction and the expansion of the personal network of families, the life skills in daily interactions are developed and / or strengthened, helping to elaborate the challenges of the relationship between parents and teenage sons/dougthers, bringing greater welfare in the parental role. These perspectives are aligned to a systemic / relational view, encompassing the relationship encompassing the parents and teenagers relationship and the emotions involved in this plot. This is an action research proposal with a multifamily group, formed by 08 volunteer families, assisted by CRAS Centro, in the city of Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, where life skills are worked out, from dynamics and psychodramatic games. Interviews and meetings were recorded and transcribed for Content Analysis (Bardin, 2008). In the evaluation carried out immediately after the Program is implemented, the participants speak about the experiences in the multifamily group as fundamental to the encounter with themselves and the adolescents of their lives, identifying it as a space for the exercise of emotional regulation, construction of alternatives to solve problems and make decisions in parenting, report an increase in well-being and expansion of the support network. However, in evaluating the applicability of the program in the medium term, without the multifamily group, while participants report having successfully applied some life skills, others declare that they feel lonely in the absence of the group, not succeeding in emotional regulation and application of life skills in parenting. In this way, it is considered, therefore, that the Program reached its goal partially, since the bonds between parents and teenagers were strengthened and parental well-being achieved, based on group interaction. However, revealing the need for expansion and flexibility of time, allowing the realization of the unfolding, according to the group's demand

In this way, it is considered, therefore, that the Program reached its goal partially, since the bonds between parents and teenagers were strengthened and parental well-being achieved, based on group interaction. However, revealing the need for expansion and flexibility of time, allowing the realization of the unfolding, according to the group's demandA família apresenta-se como importante contexto de desenvolvimento, no qual a parentalidade exerce papel fundamental para o bem-estar dos(as) filhos(as) adolescentes (Ponciano, 2016). No entanto, revelando necessidade de ampliação e de flexibilização do tempo, permitindo a realização dos desdobramentos, conforme a demanda do grupoSubmitted by Boris Flegr (boris@uerj.br) on 2021-01-07T18:39:18Z No. of bitstreams: 1 Dissert_Xenia de Andrade Domith.pdf: 2066349 bytes, checksum: 97a7be3364894f50557a3710ac5a7d04 (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2021-01-07T18:39:18Z (GMT).
