Ribeirão Preto, a city of São Paulo, it stand out in the early days of brewing production in Brazil to be one of the first cities to recieve a national brewing industry - the Antarctica Brewery Company, on the decade 1910. This tradition is also evident in craft beers, like Colorado, wich arises on the decade 1990. Through the research of the newly created beer tourist routes, we will evaluate how this segment participates in the spatial processes. The Beer tourit routes make spatial changes and influence on new forms of touristification. In this research we seek to write about all the fragments in the routes, from the concept of tourism as even the beer production. In that way, the research was based on a literature survey of currents in geographical thought, especially historic geography, tourism and technical knowledge about beer production.
