Os efeitos de uma escuta atravessada pela psicanálise no Conselho Tutelar

This dissertation addresses the operation of a psychologist strongly influenced by psychoanalysis during temporary assistance in cases at the II Tutelary Council of Duque de Caxias. In order to contextualize the researching field, we enhanced the historical context of child care in Brazil with a short report concerning the creation of the courts destined to the minors who bring up the discussion about juvenile delinquency. Furthermore, we addressed the Tutelary Council institutionalization process, emphasizing its strict connection with social movements. We got based on psychoanalytic reference in order to understand the effects of a listening session at the Tutelary Council. For that, we considered the theory developed by Freud as well as post-freudian authors, and brought the application of psychoanalysis in its pure and applied strand in order to differ it from psychotherapy. In this regard, we appealed to the lessons from Lacan s Graph of Desire and Four Discourses. On the practical side of our study, we approached two clinical vignettes, with temporary assistances, occurred at the Tutelary Council. With the view to elucidate the question, we passed through the enlightenments given by Sigmund Freud concerning the analyst s memory and the rule of the evenly-suspended attention, beyond emphasizing the method of interpretation brought up by Lacan. Finally, we intended to provide a reflection about the professional of an institution like the Council, which has its practice influenced by psychoanalysis, based on an ethical operation
