Da recusa ao filosófico a uma questão imanente: a epistemologização da psicanálise entre filosofia e ciência

The aim of this work is to present a reading of the relationship built between philosophy and psychoanalysis within psychoanalytic epistemological decisions, particularly in Freud and Lacan. In this understanding, a path that initially associates Freud with some kind of rejection of the possibility of including the philosophical, consequently, philosophy, within his arguments for research and clinical practice in psychoanalysis. The label of pure speculation and metaphysics is associated with the philosophical, and, when in character of a system, it was judged that the philosophical attempt conflicts with limits defined by science in his view. Freud's position is justified when we see your descriptions of science, which includes the provisional about the concepts and hypotheses, the assertion of doubt in scientific investigation and the possibility of material reduction. On the other hand, in Lacan, we consider, mainly at the beginning of his teaching, to have a distinct influence in relation to epistemological matters: French epistemology, Hegelianism and structuralism. Such sources, in opposite of Freud’s pretentions to psychoanalysis, reveals a conflict with the idea of the philosophical as outside of epistemological concerns. The category of drama of Politzer's concrete psychology, the category of subject, influenced, among other things, from questions with Hegel's philosophy, as well as his essentially in the structure of the chain of signifiers, introduce a philosophy into the very interior of the psychoanalytic debate, starting to influence clinical and theoretical decisions. Therefore, among the objectives of this dissertation is the construction of a reading hypothesis between philosophy and psychoanalysis mediated by the epistemological questions and debates of psychoanalysis. The objective is to evaluate the consequences of the debates between psychoanalysis and philosophy based on historical dialogues of the psychoanalytic movement.
