Alimentação saudável e qualidade de vida na cidade: um estudo dos imaginários nas mídias

In the large cities, that the appreciation of a healthy eating associated with quality of life suffers major media influence to build an atmosphere of balance of emotions and well-being, given the stimuli of different orders. Codes, symbols, distinctions, worldviews, values, lifestyles, knowledge, practices of eating and trends shaping the lives of individuals, especially the way they feed and how one cares for their lives in the search of youth, health and beauty in its multiple senses and meanings. From the perspective of expanding the dialogue between the areas of Humanities and Health Sciences, the purpose of the research was to redesign the scene in the city including the motivation for these two issues, healthy eating and quality of life, through the narratives of different media products. For this, we have built a media landscape and we listed the Vida Simples magazine, published by Editora Abril, programs with comments from Marcio Atalla, broadcast on CBN radio, and Mais Você, aired by Globo TV. The main purpose was to answer the central question circulating in the metropolis: What is the culture, the vibrancy of the city, "the belief" that exists in the social imaginary and that, through the lens of the media, resignify issues and concepts, indicate, suggest and guide knowledge, practices of eating and trends about the pair-healthy eating quality of life and take the urban space now? We have made a cut in the narratives of these vehicles to investigate them with a focus on content analysis. We have established categories and interpreted the data in accord with the line of research Policies, Knowledge and Practices in Food, Nutrition and Health. The framework of the research was theoretical fields of Social Representation and Imaginarium, Consumer, Food, Nutrition and Health and Communication. We realize the narratives analyzed and discussed how the representations related to the world of healthy eating and quality of life become realities. It is put through the issues related to food at every moment in a logic that stimulates the dominant interests at any given time, to meet the production side-consumption-communication or the side of the receiver audience. The word that powerfully gains weight is the consumption in the context of research. Every hour, every agenda, the city vibrates healthy food consumption validation and quality of life in its many forms. Consumption spread by the media appears subliminally to enhance its leading role in society. The materials reflect this consumption vibration, this urban style of being that now we can play a role, then the other, on this mobility of flows driven by trends. They command a network of production and consumption that pulsates in the city and take the metropolises around these issues at this time
