This dissertation applies to address the theme of paratextuality applied to Brazilian soap operas. In this way, we aim to determine how these parameters influence the creation and development of links between the individual and a characteristic selected by the Brazilian television drama chosen for this work: A Dona do Pedaço. Given this, we have as a hypothesis the guiding thread of such products, considering a company between the consumer and the final product, to the point of arousing more interest in their consumption. In parallel, this use mainly generates, in addition to greater product satisfaction, new narratives and derived stories - created or not by fans - in order to satisfy the need for further development of the red visa. Use as a method or use specific social listening tools for data measurement. This evaluation will reside in users who consider the most varied types of mass cultural products, in addition to structuring and crossing information, using soap opera audiences with the social-virtual context underway at the time. Analyze the profiles on social networks and search, through keywords of subjects related to these plots, publications in which they are addressed directly or indirectly. It is also necessary to highlight that, from the planning with measured hearing, we will outline the context of social surveillance, to analyze whether or not it had an impact on the consumption of the plot. From there, check if the type of feeling revealed by such research and how it drove or consumed these massive cultural products.
