This work is a cartography of networks of affections, support, hospitality, and organizations that emerged from the encounter with transnational LGBT+ migrants in the cities of São Paulo (Brazil) and Tijuana, Tenosique, and Tapachula (Mexico). With these meeting-interviews, a series of ‘lines’ and ‘flows forces’ emerged between these individuals and my life as a lesbian migrant. The thrust of the maps and images present here was the dialogue with experts in different fields. Thus, Ursula Le Guin’s fiction dialogues with the theory of Judith Butler, Gloria Anzaldúa, and the voices of LGBT+ migrants, together built the pathway that brought me here. This work seeks to show and create lines of possibilities and movements in the intersectionality between studies of gender, sexuality, and migratory studies, to embody individuals that are often made invisible in their displacements, and because of that, they become more vulnerable. Therefore, the maps presented here show the difficulties, pains, and suffering of migration, but, are also drafts of territories for the production of subjectivities that resist and give rise to biopotency in the processes of deterritorialization and reterritorialization.
