Resumo: This research aimed to follow self-management practices at a Waldorf school in Rio de Janeiro and the effects of its network bonds, like the nodes that make up the collective us. In 2017, it participated in an institutional development consultancy, working with its developments in community life in the following years. In 2020, the research returned remotely, following the self-management of the challenges that emerged with the waves of the Covid-19 pandemic and erupted as a health, economic, ecological, political and social crisis. The work was undertaken in the sailor’s way of weaving nets with knots, as bonds, in the way of research by navigating that is characteristic of the Actor-Network Theory (ANT), in the strains and supports of an educating network that, collectively, crossed tides, resisted storms and faced some moving issues. What can each stakeholder learn in this binding and unbinding of us? When do the links allow the network’s rotation and when do they stabilize it? What are the strains present in the tying of us whilst controversies? Which links does the network want to unfasten? The research accompanied the collective learning through ethical-political practice and sociocracy, exercising the ability to sustain dialogue, include all voices and refine differences in dissent. It followed the movements of a crossing woven with economic fraternity, multiplying links that expanded the network, adjusting concepts and understandings of the collective us that supported and were supported by this educational community, creating a collective autonomy. Finally, we realized how a self-management that is done in a threefold way intertwines and activates each link, which can think, feel and act as a network, weaving the health of the social organism.

Em 2017, participamos de uma consultoria de desenvolvimento institucional, trabalhando com seus desdobramentos na vida comunitária nos anos seguintes. Em 2020, retornamos remotamente, seguindo a autogestão dos desafios que emergiram com as ondas pandêmicas de Covid-19 e estouraram como crise sanitária, econômica, ecológica, política e social. A pesquisa foi-se articulando ao gesto marinheiro de tecer redes com nós, como vínculos, no modo de pesquisar navegante da Teoria Ator-Rede (TAR), nas tensões e suportes de uma rede educadora que, coletivamente, atravessava marés, resistia às tempestades e confrontava-se com algumas questões em movimento. O que cada envolvido pode aprender nesse aTAR e desatar de NÓS? Quando os nós permitem circular na rede e quando a estabilizam? Quais as tensões presentes no aTAR dos NÓS enquanto controvérsias? Quais os nós que a rede quer desatar? Acompanhamos o aprendizado coletivo com o exercício da sociocracia, na capacidade de sustentar o diálogo, incluindo todas as vozes, apurando diferenças no dissenso, na prática ético-política. Seguimos os movimentos de uma travessia tecida com fraternidade econômica, multiplicando nós que expandiram a rede, ajustando conceitos e entendimentos dos NÓS coletivos que sustentavam e eram sustentados nesta comunidade educadora, criando uma autonomia coletiva.
