Resumo: In this work we intend to elaborate reflections regarding the role of art in teaching. Currently, we may evenquestion what art really is, as we become increasingly distant from it in our contemporary life. This way, wepresent a perspective based on Rudolf Steiner’s thoughts over what is and what’s the purpose of art for thehuman being. Throughout bibliographic research, we have presented some reflections of the artistic sensedevelopment relevance for Waldorf’s pedagogy, as well as some possibilities of artistic performance, arguingits strengths in child development. We have come to the conclusion that is necessary to the current humanbeing to resort to art as a way of self development as an individuality, as well as the necessity of humanconsciousness joining the subject becomes increasingly more evident, that is, an integration between humanbeing and the world.

Actualmente,podemos incluso cuestionarnos qué es el Arte, en la medida que nos alejamos cada vez más distante de él enla vida contemporánea. De esta forma, presentamos una perspectiva basada en los pensamientos de RudolfSteiner sobre lo qué es y cuál es la función del Arte para el ser humano. A partir de la búsqueda bibliográfica,presentamos algunas reflexiones de la importancia del desarrollo del sentido artístico para la PedagogíaWardolf, así como algunas posibilidades de actuación artística, argumentando sus fortalezas en el desarrolloinfantil. Llegamos al pensamiento de que es necesario que el ser humano actual recurra al Arte como unaforma de desarrollarse como individualidad, en la medida en que se hace cada vez más evidente la necesidadde la conciencia humana unirse con el asunto, o sea, una integración entre el ser humano y el mundo.Neste trabalho pretendemos elaborar reflexões acerca do papel da Arte no ensino. Atualmente, podemos até interrogar o que é Arte, na medida em que nos tornamos cada vez mais distanciados dela na vida contemporânea. Desse modo, apresentamos uma perspectiva a partir dos pensamentos de Rudolf Steiner sobre o que é e qual a função da Arte para o ser humano. A partir da pesquisa bibliográfica, apresentamos algumas reflexões da importância do desenvolvimento do sentido artístico para a Pedagogia Waldorf, bem como algumas possibilidades de atuação artística, argumentando suas forças no desenvolvimento infantil.
