Resumo: | The paper is concerned with the notion of body in Nietzsche"™s philosophy from three main points: the critical to the dichotomy body and soul, the characterization of a healthy body type and the ill one, and the implications of the body illness in the philosophical thought. The objective of this approach is to show that, for Nietzsche, the disposition of the body, namely, its health or illness is determinative in the philosophical production thought. |

O artigo aborda a noção de corpo na filosofia de Nietzsche a partir de três pontos principais: a crítica à dicotomia corpo e alma, a caracterização de um corpo do tipo saudável e do tipo enfermo e as implicações da enfermidade do corpo no pensamento filosófico. O objetivo desta abordagem é mostrar que, para Nietzsche, a disposição do corpo, a saber, sua saúde ou enfermidade, é determinante na produção do pensamento filosófico.
