Analysis of the dwelling right as a fundamental and social law of the city

In this article, we seek to analyze the right to housing inserted in a social context, treating it as provided in the current Federal Constitution, as a fundamental human right. And, in an oblique line, embracing human dignity and promoting the common good, in order to promote social justice and equality in the search for its effectiveness. In this way, it is essential to address the historical achievements experienced by man over time so that this right could be progressively realized, highlighting the movements that contributed to the fact that this right was foreseen in the Major Law. In this way, it is undoubtedly worth noting the evolution of the right to housing at the international level, since these documents expressly recognize the fundamental status conferred on the right to housing; and especially in the national area, emphasizing the concern of the constituent legislator to promote the well-being of individuals through the development.
