Resumo: This article consists of a semiotic analysis of the debate in the CCJ regarding the proposed constitutional amendment (PEC) of the Social Security reform in April 2019. The objective is to demonstrate how the conflict is generated more by the clash of the schemes underlying the discourse than by the confrontation of individual perceptions. It was demonstrated how the passionate content of the discussion is generated in the interaction of these schemes, much more than through stratagem or personal provocations. The theory used is Greimasian Discursive Semiotics, and the corpus for analysis consists of two excerpts of speech: one from deputy Talíria Petrone (PSOL), and the other from deputy Marcel Van Hattem (NOVO). The analysis starts from a narrative scheme underlying the speech, and then it explains the themes and figures that appear in each one and how these themes are related in a conflicting way.

Se demostró cómo el contenido apasionante de la discusión se genera en la interacción de estos esquemas, mucho más que a través de artificios o provocaciones personales. La teoría utilizada es la Semiótica Discursiva Greimasiana; El corpus de análisis está compuesto por dos extractos de discursos: uno de la diputada Talíria Petrone y otro del diputado Marcel Van Hattem. El análisis parte de un esquema narrativo que subyace al discurso, y a partir de allí se explican los temas y figuras que aparecen en cada uno y cómo dichos temas se relacionan de forma conflictiva.O presente artigo consiste em uma análise semiótica do debate na CCJ a respeito da PEC da reforma da Previdência em abril de 2019. O objetivo é demonstrar como o conflito é gerado mais pelo choque de esquemas subjacentes ao discurso do que pela confrontação de percepções individuais. Demonstrou-se como o teor passional da discussão é gerado na interação desses esquemas, muito mais do que por artifícios ou provocações pessoais.  A teoria utilizada é a Semiótica Discursiva greimasiana; o corpus para análise consiste em dois trechos de discurso: um da deputada Talíria Petrone (PSOL), e outro do deputado Marcel Van Hattem (NOVO).
