Resumo: | This study aims to analyze the experiences, expectations and opinions of people with visual impairments regarding the accessible and accessible tourism offer in coffee producing farms, since the research is based on the premise "Nothing about us, without us" , whose proposition highlights that it is inadmissible to think, intuit or carry out any actions about people with disabilities, without their participation in the process. It presents a qualitative, exploratory and ethnographic nature, using primary data collection through online ethnography, using Content Analysis for interpretations and inferences. The rural environment has low inclusion for visitors with disabilities, especially in the attitudinal, communicational and architectural dimensions, although it has been spreading as an attractive destination for gastronomic and cultural experiences. Blindness and low vision have the highest prevalence in the Brazilian population, corresponding to an important audience for the development of inclusive tourist offers. The desire of visually impaired people to enjoy experiences and learning related to coffee does not require structural modifications or adaptations of equipment and furniture for exclusive use. Thus, respondents only emphasized the need for true inclusion, based not only on accessibility, but on universal design, aiming for tourism for all. The ethnography research made it possible to understand the respondents' impressions on the subject. The continuation of the research can be possible through the use of methodologies with broader scope and practical application, such as action research. |
