The current research aims at investigating the factors that make the views of the teachers who work at the Youth and Adults’ Education about the learners of the mentioned group. We consider that the consequences from those views are determining in their pedagogical practices, which may sometimes contribute in either a positive or negative way for their students’ development. In order to reach our aims, we have used the classroom observation, application of questionnaires and interviews as our methodology, which were analyzed based on the theoretical and methodological reference of the French originated Discourse Analysis, as well as the contributions from scholars such as Bakhtin, Marx and Lukács, among others. This theoretical option is justified by the fact that the Discourse Analysis deals with language, ideology and history, which allows the study of ideology within the processes of meaning production. So as to accomplish the analysis development, we have worked with some categories such as social being, subject and ideology, as well as some Discourse Analysis categories like ideological and discursive formations. The results obtained pointed out to the fact that some teachers do not want to work at the Youth and Adults’ Education due to the depreciation attributed to such type of education and its students, either concerning to their marginalized condition in the society or in the education and, therefore, they see them as minor people or students, Who are unable to reach higher levels within the society.
