The Monitoring is action directed to the academic formation of the student and to the improvement of the teaching-learning process of the undergraduate courses, involving teachers and students as advisers and monitors, respectively. Currently, the Program is a regulation through Resolution 55/2008 - CONSUNI / UFAL and attends 24 Academic Units of Campus A.C. Simões, 2 Units and the Arapiraca Campus Headquarters, and the Sertão Campus with its respective Teaching Unit. Among the objectives of the Program is the awakening in the student segment interest in teaching, stimulating the development of skills related to its exercise, as well as promoting the improvement of the teaching of through the interaction of the monitors with the teaching and student. The realization of the 1st Institutional Monitoring Seminar of the Federal University of Alagoas had the purpose of socializing the academic activities carried out undergraduate students who work as paid volunteers in the Monitoring Program, as well as between the university community through the exchange of experiences students, teachers and technical-administrative staff, as well as with the a general way. The Academic community responded to the call of the Undergraduate presented through Reports of Experience, Workshop and Oral Presentation activities that have been developed to strengthen the development of the Teaching, Research and Extension at the University.
