The present study aims to point out how pathological manifestations occurred in the Church of Santíssimo Sacramento in Arapiraca, AL, the building was built in the 19th century by the city's founder and became a great symbol for the population. The methodologies used were the Lichtenstein bulletin (1986), in order to collect information through surveys, make the diagnosis indicating its causes and propose interventions for the anomalies found and the GDE / UnB methodology to quantify and prioritize the correction of problems analyzing the building’s elements and structure. The main pathological manifestations found are of natural visual and are related to the presence of water such as water stains, efflorescences and peeling paint, caused by the lack of waterproofing, other problem verified was the amount of cracks, probably caused by excessive overloads and no existence of projects in the related building. The results demonstrate the need for an efficient construction repair planing, mainly due to the fact that the structures with the highest level of deterioration are pillars, beams with high and suffering deterioration, respectively, representing the two 40% of the structure, the stairs and the architectural elements obtained medium level and the low slab.
