Resumo: Over the years the Engineering has been developing techniques and improvements related to all stages of the civil construction, in order to delay and/or minimize through preventive maintenance, the effects of failure coming from production, which drives costs with corrective maintenance. In this perspective, it can be pointed out cracks, bubbles, stains, detachments and corrosion of reinforced concrete reinforcement such as one of the main pathological manifestations, which have challenged specialists of the area to progressively create new techniques and solutions for maintenance and repair of structures. The objective of this undergraduate thesis was to analyze the pathological manifestations in a residential construction site, seeking to identify and study failures in order to propose a process of treatment and recovery of the affected parts. Summarizing, each situation presents specifics problems brought on by the lack of preventive maintenance and studies that aims a quality control, which causes high costs for the treatment and correction of the pathological manifestations presented.

Nessa percepção, pode-se salientar as fissuras, bolhas, manchas, destacamentos e corrosão das armaduras de concreto armado como umas das principais manifestações patológicas, estas tem desafiado especialistas da área a desenvolver progressivamente novas técnicas e soluções de manutenção e reparo das estruturas. O presente trabalho teve por objetivo analisar as manifestações patológicas encontradas em um loteamento de residências buscando identifica-las e propor um processo de tratamento e recuperação das peças atingidas.
