Resumo: | Industry 4.0 allows an assessment of the competency development context of leading market managers, it is in this context that the administration course of the Federal University of Alagoas enters, which has the scope of training professionals with such competencies, however, it is unknown in fact, if students who pass the course are able or understand this quality, so the objective of promoting this research is to address whether these skills are being turned to academic life. Within the administration course, a portion of the students have the desire to work in the management area, but based on reports it is possible to realize that information and contact with the market does not always allow students to understand and know the branch of the performance of interest. Thus, the question that will guide the research will be: "What are the skills developed by the students of the Administration course that are aligned with industry 4.0?". The research justification is based on the need to understand the development of competencies of managerial leaders in the era of industry 4.0, in order to identify and describe the underlying elements in the development of competencies. As a general objective, it sought to understand the development of competencies of management leaders in the era of industry 4.0, according to the perception of the students of the UFAL administration course, and the specific ones, to describe the evolution of leadership models and to identify the need for change in style management caused by industry 4.0; investigate the main challenges faced by leadership in organizations with industry 4.0; identify the skills needed to lead in industry 4.0. and describe the underlying elements of skill development in industry 4.0. Regarding the methodological procedures, the type of research is a quantitative approach of a descriptive character and carried out based on the application of a questionnaire containing 16 (sixteen) questions for 220 (two hundred and twenty) students of the FEAC / UFAL Administration Course. Thus, with the results obtained the students pointed out, the importance of the existence of leadership techniques, knowing how to follow technological advances; possess creativity and agility; flexibility, discipline and entrepreneurial vision. |

Thus, with the results obtained the students pointed out, the importance of the existence of leadership techniques, knowing how to follow technological advances; possess creativity and agility; flexibility, discipline and entrepreneurial vision.A indústria 4.0 permite uma avaliação sobre um contexto de desenvolvimento de competências de líderes gestores no mercado, é nesse contexto que entra o curso de administração da Universidade Federal de Alagoas, que possui o escopo de formar profissionais com tais competências, porém, não se sabe de fato se os alunos que passam pelo curso são aptos ou compreendem essa qualidade, assim o objetivo de fomento dessa pesquisa é abordar se essas competências estão sendo voltadas a vida acadêmica. Dentro do curso de administração, uma parcela dos alunos tem o desejo de trabalhar na área de gestão, mas com base em relatos é possível perceber que a informação e o contato com o mercado nem sempre permite aos alunos entender e conhecer o ramo da atuação de interesse. Dessa forma, a questão que norteará a pesquisa será: "Quais as competências desenvolvidas pelos alunos do curso de Administração que estão alinhadas com a indústria 4.0?". A justificativa da pesquisa se baseia na necessidade de compreender o desenvolvimento de competências de líderes gestores na era da indústria 4.0, afim de identificar e descrever os elementos subjacentes no desenvolvimento das competências. Como objetivo geral, buscou compreender o desenvolvimento de competências de líderes gestores na era da indústria 4.0, segundo a percepção dos alunos do curso de administração da UFAL, e os específicos, descrever a evolução dos modelos de liderança e identificar a necessidade de mudança no estilo de gestão ocasionado pela indústria 4.0; investigar quais os principais desafios enfrentados pela liderança nas organizações com a indústria 4.0; identificar as competências necessárias para liderar na indústria 4.0 e descrever os elementos subjacentes do desenvolvimento de competências na indústria 4.0. Em relação aos procedimentos metodológicos, o tipo de pesquisa é uma abordagem quantitativa de caráter descritivo e realizada com base na aplicação de um questionário contendo 16 (dezesseis) perguntas para 220 (duzentos e vinte) alunos do Curso de Administração da FEAC/UFAL.
