Resumo: | This study investigates the digital enclosure of the professor in the higher education to act in the online education, from the Elaboration of Educational Material Course for long-distance education in the Internet: use of the virtual environment of learning Teleduc. In the formation, the following were the points that were worked on: the necessary competences for the professor to act in EAD; the proficiency on the content, proficiency on the tools of the TIC and on the environment Teleduc, pedagogical proficiency on the modality EAD; articulation of the content and of the tool in a pedagogical perspective for EAD and know trials of management (technology, activities). It still had as objective to analyze the instruments utilized for the digital enclosure of professors in the higher education, understanding the needing of the professors to develop abilities and competences to act in virtual environments of learning; It analyzes the changes occurred in the university faced with the TIC and the beginning of the modality of EAD in the higher education; it approaches the public politics of the Department of the Education for the formation of professors in the modality of EAD and reflects on the role of the providers in the online education. The methodology utilized involved a case study and the applied instruments comprehended the observational participant, the records were generated in the own environment of the formation, besides the reports and statements of the professors available in the Teleduc site. The analyses showed the need for investment and continued formation of the professors to act in the EAD in the higher education. At the end of the formation, the professors elaborated courses in the Teleduc focused on their area of action based on the elaboration of online educational material. As a first formation experience of professors to act in EAD online, the results were considered satisfactory and pointed out positive perspectives for that modality of education for the future in the context of the UFAL. |

Na formação foram trabalhadas as competências necessárias para o professor atuar em EAD; domínio de conteúdo, domínio das ferramentas das TIC e do ambiente Teleduc, domínio pedagógico da modalidade EAD; articulação do conteúdo e da ferramenta numa perspectiva pedagógica para EAD e conhecer processos de gestão (tecnologia, atividades). O estudo teve como objetivos analisar os instrumentos utilizados para inclusão digital de professores no ensino superior compreendendo a necessidade destes desenvolverem habilidades e competências para atuarem em ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem; analisa as mudanças ocorridas na universidade diante das TIC e da entrada da modalidade de EAD no ensino superior; abordar as políticas públicas do Ministério da Educação para formação de professores na modalidade de EAD e refletir sobre o papel dos docentes na educação online. A metodologia utilizada envolveu um estudo de caso e os instrumentos empregados compreenderam a observação participante, os registros gerados no próprio ambiente da formação, além de relatórios e depoimentos dos professores disponibilizados na plataforma Teleduc. As análises apontaram para a necessidade de investimento e formação continuada dos professores para atuarem na EAD no ensino superior. Ao final da formação os professores elaboraram cursos no Teleduc voltados para suas áreas de atuação baseadas na elaboração de material didático online.
