Resumo: Micro and small enterprises (MSEs) represent the majority of companies in Brazil and have a significant impact on the economy and the environment. This study aims to identify whether, as MSEs, they develop technology classified as clean technologies, according to CPC and IPC. We sought to map the patents granted in the priority process of MSEs Patents classified as environmentally sound technologies. As a result, it was observed that the implementation of technologies in the context of clean technologies is still incipient and that the adhesion of MSEs to the priority process is reduced
