The state of the art of Systems for Land Planning: technological mapping as a validation instrument and technical-scientific alignment

Resumo: This research aims at the technological mapping of land planning tools, to validate and demonstrate the alignment of the system for mapping anthromes with such instruments. To this end, three keywords were defined to describe technological tools used in the mapping of land surfaces and that made use of geospatial data for cartographic production. In this perspective, 4 searches were carried out in four patent databases, using the three keywords separately and their combination. The results showed there is a history of international inventions in this area of knowledge. In addition, was evidenced the patents reported in the searches are in line with the mapping tools for land planning. On the other hand, was found that in Brazil there is no patent registration that meets the combination of the three search terms. In view of the observed, characteristics of the system were evidenced that demonstrate its alignment with the products of the same segment, allowing its validation.

Para tal, foram definidos três palavras-chaves que descrevessem ferramentas tecnológicas empregadas no mapeamento das superfícies terrestres e que fizessem uso de dados geoespaciais para a produção cartográfica. Nessa perspectiva, foram realizadas quatro buscas em quatro bases de patentes, utilizando-se as três palavras-chave separadamente e a combinação delas. Os resultados mostraram que há um histórico de invenções internacionais nessa área do conhecimento. Além disso, evidenciou-se que as patentes reportadas nas buscas se alinham às ferramentas de mapeamento para o planejamento territorial. Por outro lado, constatou-se que, no Brasil, não há registro de patentes que atendam à combinação dos três termos de busca.
