Technological Mapping of Equipments for Measurement of Quality of Gypsum Plasters

Resumo: | Gypsum plaster has been used for centuries by Humankind and has applications in most diverse areas from the civil construction to dental protheses. Accurate gypsum quality evaluation is still very expensive and hard to access. In this paper analyses of articles which were published in the last seven years and that have reported advances, as well as patents (Orbit®) deposited in the period 2000-2020 are used to find out technological trends of equipment used for measuring parameters that are capable to guarantee the plaster quality. More than 30 registries correlated to this subject were identified in the data bases, among them a patent request registered in Brazil, whose technology has not been transferred yet. The achievement comprises an organization and a visualization of the found information in a Technological Roadmap with short-, medium- and long-term time analyses related to the critical factors: Market, Product and Technology. Patents and articles found reinforce the importance of making a technological mapping before to develop any promising product, devoted to make more efficient the innovative process by means of optimization of researching and funding efforts. |

A aferição exata da qualidade do gesso ainda é muito cara e pouco acessível. O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar as tendências tecnológicas de equipamentos que meçam parâmetros que reconhecidamente atestem a qualidade do gesso. Para isso, foi feito um levantamento de artigos no Periódicos CAPES publicados nos últimos cinco anos, e uma prospecção de patentes no Orbit depositadas no período de 2000 a 2020. Assim, foram identificados mais de 30 registros correlatos a esse tema nas bases de dados consultadas, entre estes, um pedido de patente protocolado no Brasil, ainda sem transferência da tecnologia. O produto final consistiu na organização e na visualização das informações encontradas em um Roadmap Tecnológico, com análise temporal dividida em curto, médio e longo prazos, relacionando-o com os fatores críticos: Mercado, Produto e Tecnologia.
