Resumo: The present work presents a prospective study for the construction of a technological roadmap, points out the main countries and the main companies that develop software or technologies that elaborate and or manage contracts; this study aims to outline market parameters that reveal to public and private agencies, windows of opportunities for the development of a system for drafting contracts or technology transfer agreements (TT). The roadmap presents the state of the art in the national and international environment. As a result, the USA can be highlighted as the largest country in the number of patents granted in the area. The companies Ebay, Nacional internet technology (NIST) and Alibaba Group, appear as the largest R&D holders of the technology in question, especially in the short and medium term. While the articles researched with CAPES, demonstrate an advanced degree for the development of this technology in the long term.
